  • Olive oil Adds extra richness and smoothness.
  • Lime juice Freshly squeezed for a zesty finish.
  • Salt & pepper Season to taste.
  • Garlic powder For extra depth of flavor.

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Prep the Vegetables
  1. Dice the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
