  • 2 ¼ cups Water
  • Garlic Powder To taste
  • Ground Black Pepper To Taste
  • Ground Sea Salt To Taste
  • Lemon Juice Splash for brightness
  • Chives fresh or dried

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Rinse the Rice
  2. Place Jasmine rice in a bowl and rinse under cold water. Swirl with your hands until the water runs clear. This removes starch and prevents clumping.
  3. Step 2: Add Ingredients
  4. Transfer the rinsed rice to your rice cooker pot. Add coconut milk and water. Stir lightly.
  5. Step 3: Season
  6. Sprinkle in garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt. These simple spices enhance the rice without overpowering it.
  7. Step 4: Start Cooking
  8. Close the lid, select the “Cook” option, and let the rice cooker do its job. No stirring, no watching, no stress.
  9. Step 5: Fluff & Finish
  10. Once the rice cooker switches to “Warm,” open the lid and fluff with a fork. Add a splash of lemon juice and stir in chopped chives.
