Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter creamy – the star ingredient that makes the bars rich and smooth.
  • Graham Crackers crushed into crumbs for that perfect texture.
  • White Chocolate melted and spread on top to create the festive base.
  • Red and Blue Food Coloring to swirl into the white chocolate and make it holiday-ready.
  • Coconut Flakes for extra texture and a “fireworks” look sprinkled on top.
Optional
  • mini chocolate chips
  • Blue berries and strawberries

Method

  1. Make the Base:
  2. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix them with creamy peanut butter until you have a smooth, spreadable mixture. Press this firmly into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish to form the base of your bars.
  3. Prepare the White Chocolate Layer:
  4. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler. Stir until silky smooth.
  5. Add the Festive Colors:
  6. Divide a small portion of the melted chocolate into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one, blue to the other. Leave the majority of the chocolate white.
  7. Decorate the Bars:
  8. Spread the plain melted white chocolate over the peanut butter base. Then drizzle or drop spoonfuls of the red and blue chocolate on top. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl them together for a fun fireworks effect.
  9. Finish with Coconut:
  10. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top to give it texture and a festive look.
  11. Chill:
  12. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm. Cut into bars before serving.
